Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–3 business days, regardless of the shipping method selected at checkout. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.
During peak periods, processing may take up to 4 business days. For example, orders placed on Tuesday will be shipped no later than Friday.
Orders may be delayed due to incomplete or inaccurate checkout details, including incorrect shipping addresses.
If an incorrect shipping address is provided, customers have 1 hour after purchase to request changes. To update order details, please contact hello@bime.com.au as soon as possible.
We are not responsible for errors in shipping addresses entered by the customer. Please refer to the Wrong Address Disclaimer below for more information.

We are committed to ensuring your order arrives as expected. If your package does not arrive within the following timeframes, we will offer a free replacement or a full refund:

International Delivery

Wrong Address Disclaimer
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at checkout.
Once an order is placed, we cannot guarantee address changes due to processing timelines. If an order has already been processed or shipped, shipping details cannot be modified.
If an incorrect address results in failed delivery:
