Refund Policy

Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the outer packaging must be in good condition and not excessively damaged. Because our products are supplements, the contents do not need to be unused or full — we understand that customers may try the product before deciding it’s not right for them.

You’ll also need a receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong product. We’ll evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Gift cards

  • Products marked as final sale

We also reserve the right to refuse returns if packaging is excessively damaged or tampered with beyond normal use. If you’re unsure whether your item qualifies, please contact us before returning.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. The fastest way to get the product you want is to return the original item (if approved) and place a new order separately.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification.

Returned items must have their original packaging in reasonable condition, and proof of purchase must be provided. Product contents may be partially used.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you whether the refund is approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
